If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Send an email message to sales@waterproofpaper.com with "Returns" in the subject line. Please include your name and order number within the email message and we will respond with return instructions.

If You Have Questions

We have prepared a detailed comparison chart for all of the papers that we sell. You can use it to easily find and compare products that might be suitable for your intended use.

Before purchasing paper for a large or important project, we always recommend testing to be sure that the product will be compatible with your printing method and provide the performance that you need.

Shipping Map

Shipping

We ship by United States Mail, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery to addresses within the United States. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed through our website ship the same day or the following business day. (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Postal Service holidays.)

Everything that can be purchased from our website is in stock and ready for prompt shipment. If we encounter any problem while filling your order, we will contact you promptly by email. At least 99% of the orders that we receive ship by the following business day.

If you request "USA Standard Shipping" your order should arrive between 2 and 8 business days after it is placed. If you request "USA Express Shipping" your order should arrive between 1 and 3 days after it is placed.

These shipping times are based upon U.S. Postal Service and FedEx guidance. USPS and FedEx are usually good at meeting these delivery times; however, severe weather, mechanical issues, sickness, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay a package.

Refund Policy

We accept returns if the item is mailed back to us in brand new, resellable condition within 30 days. To contact us about a return, please email sales@waterproofpaper.com

International Orders

We are unable to accept orders that have billing addresses or shipping addresses in countries outside of the United States.

We ship to addresses within the United States, Territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marianas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa), and military locations with APO or FPO addresses issued by the United States Postal Service.

Mail Orders

We accept orders from United States customers that are placed by mail and paid with a check or money order from a United States financial institution.

Please make checks payable to "GeoShops.com"

To order this way, please visit our website and place the items that you would like to purchase into the shopping cart. When you finish shopping, simply print the shopping cart page. It will display a subtotal for the items that you purchased plus the amount charged for shipping/handling. Sales tax must be included for orders shipped to the following states: IL, MI, MN, OH, PA, and WI.

Write your shipping address, phone number and e-mail address on the shopping cart page and mail it to us with your check or money order. Our address will be printed on the bottom of the shopping cart page. It is: GeoShops.com, 1040 Eberly Way, Suite 150, Lemont Furnace, PA 15456.

Tracking

Tracking information is usually sent in an email message shortly after your package leaves our office.

You can check the status of your package by visiting the United States Postal Service website or the FedEx website and entering your tracking number.

If you did not receive a tracking number, please let us know by sending an email to sales@waterproofpaper.com
